Make sure the listing is for the 105W 7600X with its 5.3GHz boost, not the 65W non-X 7600 or the six-core 7600X3D, which are separate parts. Retail boxes for the 7600X never came with a heatsink.
This Zen 4 six-core chip requires an AM5 motherboard and DDR5 RAM, and it includes basic integrated graphics for display troubleshooting. Check that your cooler lists AM5 support.
