Before you buy or sell a used PRO Z790-A
Verify that the board is the DDR5 MSI PRO Z790-A WiFi rather than the DDR4 version, the lower-spec PRO Z790-P WiFi, or the later MAX WiFi refresh. Each is a separate ATX model, and DDR4 and DDR5 boards are physically incompatible.
It takes Intel 12th, 13th and 14th Gen LGA1700 CPUs and has a rear Flash BIOS button for applying Intel microcode updates. Request a sharp photo of the socket pins and check both Wi-Fi antennas are included.
