Using all 80 compute units on the 2020 RDNA 2 die with 16GB of GDDR6 memory, the RX 6900 XT is a separate part from the 2022 RX 6950 XT. Flagship air and liquid-cooled partner models sometimes use the higher-binned XTXH silicon, which sellers should state.
Despite a 300W rating, short power spikes mean you should run two or three separate 8-pin PCIe cables from an 850W PSU. Ask the seller about coil whine under gaming loads.
